Dispute Resolution

This Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration in Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Reconciliation Act Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof save to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Clause.

Termination Clauses

In the event that User fails to correct the failure or default within the specified ten (10) day period, Export and Sell may terminate the Agreement/transaction without additional notice.
