Agreement to Terms and Conditions

The following terms outline the conditions under which videography services will be provided by EAS:

Submission of Product Samples
The Client is required to submit a sample of their products to EAS within 3 days from the request for videography services. The product samples provide essential visual references and allow EAS to understand the Client’s product better, ensuring accurate representation of the product in video advertisements. Timely submission of product samples facilitates effective collaboration between the Client and EAS, enabling the creation of a tailored video advert and ensures that EAS can proceed with project smoothly, reducing delays and maximizing the efficiency of the videography services.

Failure to submit the product samples as requested may result in the rescheduling of the project. EAS reserves the right to reschedule based on its discretion and operational considerations.

In consideration of the logistics involved in shipping products internationally, Clients sending samples of their products from outside Nigeria are allowed a timeframe of 2 weeks to send their product samples to EAS. Failure to submit the product(s) to EAS as requested may result in rescheduling the project at the discretion of EAS.

Video Storyboard Creation and Review
EAS undertakes the responsibility of compiling a video storyboard for the Client’s product. A video storyboard serves as a visual representation of the planned shots, sequences, and overall structure of the video.

EAS commits to completing the video storyboard within 2 business days after receiving the Client’s product sample. EAS shall share this document with the client for review and corrections. During the presentations, the Client may provide corrections or suggestions to EAS for further improvement of the videography project.

Completion of Service
After the Client has reviewed the videography draft and provided any necessary corrections or suggestions, EAS shall complete the videography service by incorporating the Client’s feedback and finalizing the project based on the agreed upon corrections and shall revert to the customer within 3 business days after the videography draft has been reviewed and any necessary corrections have been communicated.

Client is entitled to 2 reviews per project. If the Client has any corrections, they must communicate them to EAS within 24 hours after receiving the videography draft. If the client fails to provide corrections within the specified timeframe, EAS will proceed with the final draft.

Non-Refundable Payment
Once the Client has made the payment and books the videography services, it is understood that the payment is non-refundable. The payment made by the Client covers operational costs incurred by EAS and is utilized for the establishment and maintenance of systems and processes necessary for organizing and executing the videography session. Clients are advised to carefully review the details of the photography service and ensure they are satisfied before making any payments.
