Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By proceeding to make payment, you confirm that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

Your subscription starts counting from the day your payment is received. Our monthly rate for the starter service is $65/month, $132/month for the standard service, and $199/month for the premium service.

Once your payment is confirmed, you are given access to our digital training, which is part of your subscription. Your storage space is also reserved immediately and is available for use within 24 hours of your payment being received.

Refunds are not applicable for monthly subscriptions once you have been given access to the training videos and your storage space is reserved within 24 hours of making payment. Subsequent payments are made in advance for the warehousing service and are not refundable 24 hours after they are made.

For the 6 months starter package, 45 extra days (1 and a half month) has been added as a bonus, hence your payment covers just 4.5 months (4.5 × $65 = $292.50). Where you request a refund before your subscribed period expires, you will be refunded for the period you have not used, and the used period is billed at the rate of $65/month. Refunds are computed on a monthly basis, based on a 30 days monthly cycle, and warehousing service is paid in advance for a new month. After 4.5 months, no more refund is applicable.

Below is an explanation of how refunds are computed:
0 to 30 days - $65 used, refund is $227.5
31 to 60 days - $130 used, refund is $162.5
61 to 90 days - $195 used, refund is $97.5
90 to 120 days - $260 used, refund is $32.5
More than 135 days - $292.5 used, refund is $0.

Similar calculations apply for 12 months starter subscription, where an extra 90 days is added as a bonus.
